Love this teapot, keeps tea brilliantly hot and is just the right size for two regular cups of tea. Mesh filter is a great idea, and the filter and collar separate from the pot which makes cleaning much easier.
Customer service from McIver's was brilliant, form placing my order late one night to delivery in Brisbane metro was less than four days, including a weekend. On top of which they made sure it wouldn't get damaged in transit by upgrading the packaging for me.
Will be coming back here first for anything I need in future.
