Tiny little flavour bombs. This is a natural processed coffee – no water means the coffee stays inside the coffee cherry until dry. Often this produces a fruitier coffee. This is no different. In a pourover, think apricot , lemon and walnut. In a cold brew we found peach, cherry and walnut. As an espresso let’s just say it sparkles and it is up to whether that is a good or bad thing.
