The body is medium heavy.

The flavour is a complex but totally balanced. It’s a smorgasbord of flavours. Merlot wine, blackcurrant, berries and dark fruits like plum, dates and then apple, blood orange and citrus all held together with 70% chocolate and caramel. Even with all this going on there's an underlying sweetness that cushions the whole thing together in the mouth.

It can be used as espresso, filter, plunger or stovetop
